Young Playwrights Festival

This year’s Young Playwrights Festival is going virtual! Join us over the course of 4 nights, May 12-15, for digital performances of our semi-finalists' and finalists' plays. Narrowed down from over 200 submissions, these sixteen 10-minute plays and performance pieces showcase the amazing work of our high school students from across central New York.

"I just wanted to thank you so much for selecting my play, Winners and Losers to be read tonight at Syracuse Stage. It was an incredible experience. The actors were phenomenal, and seeing the whole thing come together was something that I'll never forget. I know a lot of work went into it on your end, and I'd like you to know that I'm truly grateful". - Matthew Preston, Senior, Christian Brothers Academy
