FIRST TIMERS GUIDE:

  • Yes. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. When your order reaches our office, it can be decrypted only by designated individuals in our Ticket Office.

  • All tickets are held at the box office and available for pickup 2 hours prior to curtain. Subscription series tickets are mailed at the end of the summer, or as the season progresses.

  • Productions may be cancelled due to bad weather or in the event the Mayor of Syracuse declares a "State of Emergency." Ticket holders may exchange for another performance of the same event. If the "State of Emergency" is declared in an area from which or through which a patron is driving, the above rules apply. During "Travel Warnings" or "Travel Advisories" free Missed Performance Passes will be offered to any ticket holder who chooses not to attend due to weather. Patrons using the Missed Performance Pass may choose another performance of the same event and will be seated just before curtain by the House Manager in available seating.

  • Performance run times vary. You may call the Box Office at 315-443-3275 the day of a performance to inquire as to the running time. This information is also posted in locations throughout the lobby when you arrive for a performance.

  • Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Some audience members come to the theatre in more dressy attire, others arrive in more casual shirts and slacks.
